There are plenty of places for children to play. Personally, I liked the long rope swings and athletic equipment in nature. In Mine City, they highly recommend the Kinpira Gobo dish. You can enjoy the Kinpira Gobo Donburi and a mini udon set for 700 yen.
"Kinpura donburi for 600 yen with an additional 100 yen for a small udon. The sweet and spicy kinpura is delicious. Reasonable prices and not many customers, so it's a hidden gem."
