Appetizer and dessert absolutely delicious. The pizza didn't taste so good to me. A little too much coating, so the very thin (which I like excellent soil very well, so we could not enjoy the rest of the packed è pizza even at home. Capers don't fit for me at all on pizza (Vegetariana Since these many people don't like, an award on the map would be better. The noodles for our little guest were a bit too hard. Opticio... Unfortunately, they didn't even ask if there was anything else to drink or if everything was okay. You had to constantly speak to the staff. For me, service is always the priority and determines whether I come back again or recommend the restaurant to others. In both cases it is a no. Hey! I guess I have to write something new, since the Grimaldis have moved. And we were there yesterday. To get straight to the point, the menu is still exciting, and the ingredients are of excellent quality. Everything is beautifully presented. The service is super friendly, attentive, and interested. We enjoy eating there. The only downside: I don't find the atmosphere quite as cool as it used to be. Instead of shabby chic, everything is now rather cold. It's gone from being a bakery/grocery store where you can also eat in to a modern restaurant. I find that a bit of a shame. But it wouldn't stop me from coming back.
We were always regulars! But unfortunately, we have to say that since the new shop opened, we're absolutely no longer convinced... Definitely the food! But the service has deteriorated so much – unbelievable! Not to mention the ambiance of the new shop. Whether the Grimaldi family did themselves a favor by doing this... I don't know. It's not cozy at all anymore; it's rather cold and has absolutely nothing to do with the concept of a traditional pizzeria, as was always the case on the Ringstrasse. In my opinion, the service is simply nonexistent. No one asks for drinks, you constantly have to make yourself known, even when it's not busy. And the young lady seems totally annoyed by the customers, and everything is too much... truly unbelievable, I'm sorry. We've been there three times since the new shop opened, and three times we've been rather disappointed by everything... such a shame :
They offer an incredibly good selection of pizzas. I've never eaten better ones. But all the other dishes, appetizers, and desserts are truly world-class! Highly addictive. I will definitely be back.
Seafood platter appetizer is large but tasteless. A dip and seasoning of the batter may help. Lasagne does not have multiple layers of meat and pasta but instead meatsouce on top only. The tomato sauce was not hot, only the bottom of the dish appeared hot on two orders. The taste though was ok. The bathroom needs some maintenance.
The pizza is simply unbeatable! The dough is light and airy, the crust is perfectly risen, and the ingredients taste fresh. The pizza is without a doubt the best in the entire area—authentic Neapolitan, the kind you'd normally only get in Naples. The service is friendly, the atmosphere cozy—everything is just right here!

Grimaldi is our favorite Italian restaurant, the pizza is sensational, the service is very friendly and attentive. Everything is really right here and we look forward to further visits with the Grimaldi family. Up until now I've always really enjoyed going to Grimaldi. The food is super delicious and the pizza doesn't taste better anywhere. Unfortunately the service this time was extremely unprofessional. The portions are usually large and filling. Except for the truffle pasta for €26. I ordered these and unfortunately I didn't get anywhere near full. I'm a normal-sized, slim woman and I don't eat much. After I asked the waitress whether it was possible to get a small refill, she said yes. But when I ended up having to pay €45 for a drink and pasta, I was very surprised. I complained at the checkout, but was turned away very rudely. I had assumed that the small extra charge was a gesture of goodwill and would not be charged at €15. If this is not the case, something like this needs to be mentioned beforehand. The Calzone hasn't tasted. She looks delicious, but unfortunately tastes unbridged and watery. The filling is very little by the amount.

Opticiously, all dishes make a real impression. I sat right next to the sink (here is flushed by hand? that was not so beautiful, otherwise nicely done in the store and friendly service. Overall satisfied, but just doesn't meet my taste.
It was for the first time in Grimaldi today, and I am totally thrilled. Pizza just delicious. Very nice, attentive staff . Thanks again for the fantastic sinful dessert. Look forward to the next time. Would like to give more stars....

One of the best pizzas I've ever had. I have to admit honestly that I'm pretty picky with pizza. But the pizza in Grimaldi is really 5 stars. The restaurant is absolutely authentic from the inside. You really got the maximum out here. The condition could be a bit more attentive, but did I mention how good the pizza is? : We were not here for the last time!!! !
