Flight Restaurant and Bar - Minden

We need a place to have a rehearsal dinner for our son, which would not be a problem, we would have lived in the area. But we live in northeast Oregon and the wedding was in Genoa, NV and our son lives in Reno. Many searches online and through Yap, visited with a few and waited for one to send me a menu that I started working with them in spring. Finally, 2 weeks before the wedding and the menu finally received and the only choice was not something we wanted or talked about. This whole time I trusted in conversations from other institutions. It was not going with them, stressed until the maximum I came across the FLIGHT called that morning and my call was returned within a few hours. The owner/manager Lori had me set up within a day with everything we needed for the perfect dinner. From Horsd'oeuvres to dessert there were 34 of us and the meal was excellent / perfect for what I was looking for, service was super nice quiet rooms. Everyone in the party shaved over the food, and it was fantastic for both children by adults. We had a wonderful time and the price was right in the budget we planned. Would return in a heartbeat and everyone in the party and the wedding planner was thrilled to have a new restaurant to their list. I would recommend this facility to everyone whether dinner, banquet, party or drinks. We all loved it and the bride and the Groom were very satisfied with the choice of mother for dinner before her big day. Thank you. A beautiful Saturday evening experience with good food and great entertainment. It's Art-town time here in Reno with so much going on, but we decided to go south to try out this restaurant we had heard of. Comfortable, welcoming environment with beautiful lighting and seating to enjoy our meals while watching the entertainment. There is a dance floor that makes it easy for those who want to participate actively if they want to. Bill Wharton, a guitarist and singer was on site! If he was there regularly, we would also become regular! It was worth the hour. I love French dives so I ordered this. Good stuff... I'd order it again, except there's so much more I want to try next time, I'm down. The entire staff connected to our service was funny and seemed to enjoy their work. Even one of the waitresses came to the dance floor with others to shake their dancin shoes! Our waiter easy to go but efficient was always wondering if we were happy? ! The decor was also funny......flight themed....now there is a surprise!

Great atmosphere, quick service and food is just wonderful! You have a pleasant live music from a local band on weekends, but as the restaurant is small, it can be a bit loud for some people. Our favorite place for dining, and relatives are looking forward to going there when they visit.

Very good food, great service and usually a band or entertainment on weekends. My 30 son and daughter in the law who visited Seattle and they loved the atmosphere. We're regular now.

Interesting decor, good service, excellent food at reasonable price. Highly recommend.
