We arrived quite late in the evening, but it was handled smoothly without any issues. Would gladly stay again.

It was agreed that I would report on July 27th to take the room because of the moonli... read more Impossible... 3 double rooms pre-ordered on May 15, 2023 to July 29, 2023. It was agreed that I would report on July 27th to take the room because of the moonlight open air, which only takes place on July 29th if the weather is good. Was called on July 24th to ask if I would book the room now. Then said if it wasn't raining then definitely. No, I have to know by July 25th!!! Then I contacted my colleagues. And now comes the absolute joke ..... My colleague booked the room under his name, cancellable until Saturday morning, of course instead of 110 euros now for 125 euros a night. I immediately called and asked what that was supposed to be. I got the answer. ...we also have to plan. Never again Hotel Stern, simply outrageous. One star is already too many. Although we stayed there 5 years ago, but weren't ripped off so outrageously. JUST OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!YY
