They said, Oh, sorry, the driver isn 't here, but I 'll br... read more I 've never experienced anything like this before. After an hour, I called to ask where my pizza was. They said, Oh, sorry, the driver isn 't here, but I 'll bring it right away. I live about 700 meters away, so after another 15 minutes, I called again to find out what was going on. Then I was insulted and verbally attacked on the phone. Absolutely outrageous. So incredibly unfriendly. And the pizza was awful. See photo.

The economy menu Jumbo Pizza (2 large pizzas, 2 tiramisu, 1 drink)... read more Yesterday we had food delivered to Nassenbeuren via Lieferando. Delivery took almost 2 hours! The economy menu Jumbo Pizza (2 large pizzas, 2 tiramisu, 1 drink) was ordered for €29.95 as well as a salad. However, only the pizzas and the drink were delivered. The salad was apparently sold out (we were not informed about this in advance) and the tiramisu (single price according to Liefando €4.95 each) were not included either. Nevertheless the driver demanded 30€!!! Absolute RUDE and ultimately FRAUD! We called several times, asked about the delivery and complained and were just brushed off. We were then told by phone that the boss would get back to us in about 10 minutes, which of course he DID NOT do! STAYS AWAY FROM THIS DELIVERY SERVICE! Update: The tiramisu and salad were delivered free the next day. Therefore there are now 3 stars instead of one.

Never again.
