We stayed here for a few nights and enjoyed the daily breakfast, the new year Eve dinner and some other meals. The portions are quite large and fill. The flavors are not from this world, but still really delicious. Make sure to leave some room for brownie with ice cream. Definitely my favorite dessert. Updated by previous rating on 2023-01-14
Wow like a 4-star menu for low price. the curry was delicious! view is incredible! love this place so much! must come here!
Casa loma has a kitchen called soul kitchen, which is fully vegetarian. the vegan options were limited, but some dishes can be modified. I recommend the veggie medaillons and the suppe. the bowls were in order. a couple of meals here when I stayed in minca, was really convenient to have a veggie restaurant in the hostel!
We were in this beautiful hostal and enjoyed the view and nature a lot. they have several clearly marked really good vegan options on their menu. the nautical chocolat and the breakfast pancakes were really good, while the mousse au chocolat was too frozen, a bit strange. they have amazing breakfast options on their menu, hummus, baba ganoush, even diceed tofu and sunflowers. I was somewhat disappointed by the English breakfast, but they were out of a lot of options. also the service is not very attentive, they gave me an egg, although I asked for tofu and even charged me an additional coffee. a beautiful place and menu, but much to maintain in the service.
Take a walk to this hostel with a vegetarian restaurant and café. I had the falafel bowl (big) and was pleasantly surprised. This was immediately number one in Minca. Go just before sunset to watch the sunset with an international crowd and then go to the restaurant to enjoy the food with the lights of Santa Marta in the distance. Service was pleasant and fast. The food was healthy and delicious and at a reasonable price. Definitely back.
