I visited the Omotesando main store, and I have to say that the service here is excellent. However, compared to other Italian restaurants, the quality is not as high. The service quality needs improvement. I ordered pizza and appetizers. It's not really an atmosphere for enjoying a meal, so it's good for grabbing a bite with someone you're not too concerned with.

I couldn't eat pasta or pizza. There were foreign customers at the next table who waited for their order for over 10 minutes, but the staff didn't communicate with them. Completely different from the Aoyama branch. What happened?
