Bought some cakes for my mother's birthday. I was seeking for Mont Blanc and something containing pistachio, and both are sold here! I hope my mother will enjoy them View all feedback.
What J doesn't like about The Ritz-carlton Café Deli:
Disappointing service for a luxury 5 star property. No one greets you on arrival, upon purchase of the to-go cake, no napkin or fork is being proposed. How shall I eat it? Apart from that, high quality cake. Definitely recommend the hotel part too and the Club Lounge! View all feedback.
Very quiet and cozy. The food's taste so clean and I personally love the vibe there. The price is reasonable for the quality of foods and the location.
I had afternoon tea on the weekend. It's a normal cafe, but it's located next to the Ritz-Carlton, so it has kinda luxurious vibes. I recommend eating on the terrace if the weather is nice.
The taste in general is futsu/normal but they serve the same salmon for appetizer and the main dish. Basically, they are not very generous on the fish meat for the main menu. Quite expensive but meh.
Their service was terrible. They were running out of cakes, but they didn't tell us beforehand and we only found out after we ordered the cake set. Finally we ordered only tea and coffee, but we had to wait for half an hour. The coffee was quite normal and wasn’t worth the 900 yen.
