It is the same thing... read more I have made a reservation at 1pm and arrived at 1:07pm and I had to wait. They say if I late even 1minute, my seat goes to another person. It is the same thing to cancel my reservation without noticing me. In my common sense, this is quite unusual. Probably, they thought I would not come since I am foreigner.
