The brisket, pork be... read more The smell of the pit draws you to the door. The menu choices are many to choose, regardless of what you pick, you will not be disappointed! The brisket, pork belly and pork lion were amazing! I tried each of the 5 sauces and was impressed with thier white and apple cider sauces! However, I must say the smoked meat with perfect burnt edges didnt need any sauce!
