But I... read more I’ve thought Ginza is somewhere I need to come for a while. Finally here with my dad when the bar opened. Bartender was super friendly and fun to talk to. But I gotta say his technique was like woah I don’t see that in the states. And the result? I have no idea why his highball tastes so good. I taste compared with another ‘regular’ highball in the neighborhood and his stood out by a lot. The dark mood and smells are an experience in itself.
