Kinka Sushi Izakaya Roppongi

Good quality eating, service slow and disorganized. English menu, young staff. I sat at the eatable, and after the first greeting and offer of oshibori (hot towel) I was not offered water or my order for almost 12 min. people who ask for water several times and check. I thought to go when I finally got service. ordered smoked salmon salad and tsukune spits and spinat miso. the whole food was of exceptional quality and every bite was delicious. with so many good food in the environment of tokio, especially in the immediate environment, I am not sure that it is worth going back.

Very poor service from start to finish. Manager/server was very rude and not interested in giving proper service. She was on her phone constantly instead of being attentive. She also was shocked one of us ordered 8 pieces of sushi like it was an abnormally large serving for one person but when it came out it was not that much food. Do not come here.

Service was great the Tartare... one of the Asian places I ever been to!

Not only was the food spectacular, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate a young member of our group with celiac disease. Above and beyond with exceptional kindness. I was quite touched by their thoughtfulness. these are good people here.
