The menu is in English but not everything has a price on it but don’t worry, the food is incredibly affordable and the portion sizes are huge! We got karaage, oden and chicken yakitori. I have never seen such big karaage (6 pieces) and chicken yakitori (3 skewers). Everything was triple the size of what you would get in Tokyo but half the price. And the taste was delicious!!! Creds to the owner!

Absolutely a must try... read more One of the best Izakaya I have ever experienced before! The price was so reasonable compared to the huge portion and the amazing quality! Absolutely a must try restaurant when you visit Minakami. The owner was so sweet and he kept insisting on giving us free food. Don't underestimate the size of the food, I recommend maximum one dish/ per person otherwise you wouldn't be able to finish what you have ordered. If you don't understand Japanese? Don't worry, just show the owner the picture! He is very nice and friendly and will try his best to feed you good food!
