The sauce for the hormone udon was amazing. The manager and the owner are lovely people. This is a wonderful restaurant that I would like to visit when staying in Yuto.

Tetsu Yakiya Kushi-gami Five in Yugo serves delicious okonomiyaki. The dough, which uses only the moisture from vegetables and no water, is soft and fluffy. The unique blend sauce and high-quality pork have excellent flavors. Surprisingly light, yet satisfying. Perfect with beer from lunchtime. Personally recommend the Butatama Modern with crispy soba. Wide variety of teppanyaki dishes available on the menu. Limited lunch set meals are also offered.

We entered the restaurant around 3 o'clock, two men. We only ordered the Hormone Udon for 1000 yen. The ingredients were very simple, just cabbage and hormone large intestine udon, but the sauce was sweet and spicy, making it easy to eat with chopsticks. Local people and visitors who come for work or tourism should definitely try this specialty. Additionally, this restaurant is the second branch, and it seems that if you order some items from the menu, the staff will bring items made at the first branch.
