What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I didn't receive my change. Initially, I was leaving after she handed me my food and didn't think about it, but I returned two minutes later. She insisted that she had given me my $5, but she hadn't, nor did she provide a receipt. I will never go back. View all feedback.
It seems there was only one employee working when we visited, and the supposed manager claimed she wasn't serving anyone because of that. I can't say for sure if that was true, but with some persuasion from my boss, we were able to place our orders.
What we ordered: a online box beefy 5 layer burrito, Chalupa supreme, and cheesy potatoes), a soft shell supreme taco, a soft shell taco, and a been cheese burrito. What we got: 5 open-on-one-side, beef and shredded cheese burritos, and a burrito fullof refried beans. We fortunately we?re able to go online and cancel the order, so shoutout to the Taco Bell app, but cowabummedthat we didn?t get our order :
Very disappointing! We went to three different locations before we were able to get our food. The first stop was the one on Lovers Lane in Silver Spring, where the girl told us they weren't taking orders. Next, we headed to the 124th Capital location, but there were 11 cars in the drive-thru line! Our final attempt was at the 76th Appleton location, where we finally managed to get the Taco Bell food we had been craving.
Hey Taco Bell executives, wouldn't it make more sense to just turn off the lights and send the staff home? It’s kind of amusing, actually, because there’s a little place nearby selling corned beef, and I joked that their workers must be over there selling Taco Bell’s corned beef, calling it gourmet. If you're looking for good beef, head over to 124th St and Capitol! P.S. I'm not really upset with this Taco Bell, just a bit annoyed they thought I would want to buy water from them. It's funny now, especially with that gourmet corned beef spot nearby making a killing!
They claimed they was in the middle of shift change but it was plenty of workers there when i used to work in fast food the next shift was always there before the shift started ended.. What i dont understand is when people need jobs they never want towork i was there at 1050 just to get 1 meal and couldnt even get it cause this location got jokers for work.. Safe yall money onthis place and go somewhere else ????
