Contribute Feedback What Ciji Stallman doesn't like about Qdoba Mexican Grill:
The elderly man at the cash register exclaims "OH my God" with every order. He always appears visibly frustrated with the amount of business. The food has consistently been cold, tough, and served in very small portions each of the last four or five times I have visited the restaurant. View all feedback.
I ordered pick up today after work. This is my first time ever going here EVER. Ordered 2 burritos and as soon as I take a bite there is a long piece of hair in my burrito so gross . I went back inside and had it remade and manager seemed kinda annoyed androlled his eyes at me idk what for like that?s y?all fault for not making sure your food doesn?t have hair in it. I will not begoing back literally so disgusting. I did not get to take a picture.
Rudd staff. Why work in the service industry if you hate dealing with people? A simple smile or a greeting goes a long way. If your attitude stinks maybe your the garbage that smells.

Hello! I had a bit of a manager issue at QDOBA recently. This was my first bad experience at this location. I placed an order in-store on 10/31/22 to take back to work and eat in my office. Unfortunately, when I got back to my office, I realized they had included an ingredient in my order that I had not asked for. I called the store immediately, but since I was stuck in the office for the rest of the day, I couldn't return it. The next day, I went back to the store and spoke to a lady in a black shirt and sweater. I explained what had happened and asked for an easy fix, but she verbally attacked me, claiming it was my fault for not watching the preparation of my food. I explained that not everyone watches and some of us just tell the staff what we want. She insisted it was my fault, not theirs. I had never experienced such rude service before. The easy solution would have been to simply remake my order.
I recently ordered two burrito bowls with extra meat and guacamole, along with two drinks, and the total cost came to around $50. When we asked for a receipt to see the breakdown, the cashier informed us they were out of receipt paper. We ended up going to a competitor and spent $15 less for the same order.
