We were worried that the flavors might be too intense for us, but we were pleasantly surprised! The chicken was excellent (we opted for the mild version). Just a heads up, there are two types of sandwiches: the regular chicken burgers and the spicy ones. They also offer chicken smuggers and chicken strips. What User doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
This Popeyes gets only 2 stars bc Popeyes is always delicious independent. But if you go here, you wait 15 minutes in the drive, even if you are the only one in the line, and they are often from everything. On Thursday it will be noon. They're from all sandwiches, they're all from Nuggets. You can order a 2 piece or 8 piece. Besides, they're from Ranch. You'll be out of something you want every time you go there. But... This restaurant serves good chicken, but the service and wait times make it the least favorable option among all locations. It seems that having a rude attitude is a prerequisite for working here.
While the food is consistently delicious, the management needs to improve their supply orders and either hire more staff or better train the current team members on efficient drive-thru service. Additionally, the staff often comes across as unfriendly. Personally, the attitude doesn't concern me as much as the availability of the food. During my latest drive-thru visit, I was the only car there, yet my transaction still took around 12 minutes.
Today, I visited two different locations of Popeyes, and both had long lines with no chicken readily available. The customer service was very disappointing. Since the pandemic, Popeyes just isn't the same.
Congrats to this location.. Wish i could give you zero stars.. Half of the food I wanted to order, they did not have in stock. Menu located behind the counter to use to select from was broken. I placed my order to go and after driving home for 20 minutes,i realized NOT ONE DAMN thing was right.. Even the soda was wrong, and staff was giving me dirty looks and not sure why, otherthan I am deaf and had issues communicating, but was NEVER rude about it.. I used to be such an avid fan of Popeye's, but dearcorporate, tear this trash shack down and rebuild it up to what your standards used to be, and why can other food places findgood employees and you end up with everyone else's rejects ?
This was a horrible experience. We were trying to grab a bite to eat before we hit the road. Waited in line for over 40min because we were trapped and then we saw an employee and asked what was the problem? Are you all taking orders? He claimedthey were backed up do to Uber eats and grubhub orders. Then finally one of the vehicles in front of me maneuvered their wayout allowing others to do the same. When I tell you the line was wrapped around the building and out the lot onto the street itis not an exaggeration. I was really disappointed I have never been in a drive thru line that long and still didn't leavewith food.
