I called to... read more I ordered a 16 piece after eating a couple of bites my family noticed the chicken was raw. Next day my child got really sick throwing up for 2 days. I called to inform them right away but no one answered the phone so I called corporate. Days later they finally picked up the phone and the general manager said she was hesitant to believe it was raw because she fried it herself basically calling me a liar. I told her I still had the chicken and could bring it in along with pictures. She said she didn’t want to see them or the chicken. She only apologized after I told her she should apologize instead of argue. I did get a refund but be careful when buying from here. The manger definitely needs more training when it comes to dealing with customers getting sick from their undercooked food instead of being rude and combative. A little empathy goes a long way.

I wanted the chicken too. Extremely disappointed....
