I received excellent service at this restaurant. Although it can get busy at times, I rarely had to wait long. Each time I entered, I was greeted with a smile and seated almost right away. I feel like every time I come here the place get worse. The first time was like magic, I mean truly great experience. Now I can say that I 'm a periodic regular but needless to say a regular. Enough to see things aren 't the same. The waiters are awesome but at times seem to be over worked. Last time I visited I waited 30+ minutes to get food or even a basket or chips ans salsa. The server was outstanding. I tried a sampler dish; one of the items was excellent, while the other two were just okay. It might have been my choice of what to order. I'll definitely be back!
The food is fantastic and very affordable. The service is excellent. It's my top choice for Mexican cuisine on the East Side!
The service at this restaurant is excellent, with food ready within 15-20 minutes of placing your order, and they even provide complimentary chips and salsa. Just a heads-up—the salsa has quite a kick! I ordered enchiladas and enjoyed them so much that my plate was completely clean! The margaritas are tasty, but they come with sugar, which isn't my preference since I prefer a salted rim. If you're like me, be sure to ask for that salted rim when you order your drink.
Chips and salsa are great(warm fresh chips) always a nice touch to a great bean and avocado ? burrito ? love this North ave spot.
I've been going to this place for years. It never disappoints.
