I went here the other day and after sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes I finally get up to place my order and I kid you not before I could order a woman comes on the intercom saying ?hi, we?re sorry but we don?t have any whoppers.? Talk about being mind blown. Home of the whopper, no whoppers. Incompetence at its finest. Go literally anywhere else to eat but here. View all feedback.
I really don’t understand what’s going on here. They never get my order right, the soda fountain is always out of drinks, and they are consistently short-staffed. I went in today and ordered a double whopper with cheese, asking for just mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes as toppings. When I received my receipt, it showed a single whopper, so I pointed out that I ordered a double. The cashier insisted, "No, you didn’t." When my order finally arrived, I discovered it was just a plain whopper without cheese. Burger King really needs to close this location for some proper training.
The staff was rude, and even though the restaurant is supposed to be open until 11 PM, they had already locked the doors at 8:18 PM despite having customers inside.
This establishment seriously needs to be closed down. My food was cold, and the jalapeño bites were not only cold but also undercooked—how could they still be pale and icy? The chicken nuggets were incredibly hard, and it was obvious they served me the ones that should have been thrown out. I've filed a report against them because this is completely unacceptable. This Burger King never answers their phone, which is just ridiculous. I really question why this location is still open. I think they should fire all the employees and management and hire an entirely new team because the situation is just too problematic. The wait time in the drive-thru was excessive and way too long. PLEASE CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN OR TERMINATE EVERYONE because the way things are going, this place won't last much longer. I will never return for service again. I tried to call the store to explain my experience, but I could never get through.
The manage was great. I waited in the drive thru and watched patiently as the cashier took and expedited one order at a time as the line baked up being me. Just after I pulled up to the speaker to wait my turn the manager stepped out into the parking lotto complete another task. He walked over to the speaker and waited for a brief moment before asking if they'd taken my order.When I told him no and that they were taking one order at a time, he took my order walked back inside and called meforward. Unfortunately the cashier contoured to do things the way he'd been doing them. Feinstein a training opportunity forthe cashier. But again the manage did a great job.
So I know it's not the workers fault at all, but this place should be shut down. The wait time is rediculous. If you have a timed work break like I did, I wouldn't recommend coming here. I've been here twice, I thought I'd come back and give it anothertry and it was the same issue. I didn't order a lot of food either. Again, I understand it's not the workers fault at all, butthe wait is just unfortunate
