My friend and I wanted coffee to go but unfortunately the coffee pot was empty when we tried to pour ourselves a cup. Orlando a worker at Bistro 333 a very nice gentlemen saw that there was no more coffee int he coffee pots and offered to get us coffee right away then proceed to fill the pot of coffee right after he gave us a nice warm cup of coffee. The angus burger was frozen patty, no flavor, did not finish. Salmon would hate to see what the smaller portion would have been. Only flavor was the lemon that engulfed the entire plate of food. The meal was not worth the . View all feedback.

If I was just reviewing my breakfast experience this morning it would be easily a 5 star. The staff was amazing! Our server Sergio was amazing along with the other staff as well. The buffet was delicious and beautifully presented. If I was reviewing my dinner experience last night it would be a 2 star at best. Service was horrendous and the wait staff were very unfriendly. Food was mediocre. Long wait for food.
I was there for breakfast because I got discounted vouchers from the hotel. The food choice was limited and just okay. I wouldn't pay the full price of $18. The only pluses included that it was dead, and our waiter was very friendly.
Terrible service— we had to ask three times for a glass for our beer! We waited a full hour for our food in an empty restaurant. We were also told to wait five minutes at the podium before being seated... in an empty place. The food quality was disappointing, although the presentation was quite nice. The breakfast buffet was similar to what you’d find at a budget motel, yet it costs $18 for an adult. However, it’s free for kids aged 5 and under, which is why I’m giving it two stars.
When we arrived, we were informed that because of the event voucher my group had, we wouldn't be allowed to sit in the regular dining area. There were three of us, and I explained that my wife and I also wanted to eat. The hostess told me that the two of us would have to pay full price.
