What Ethan Hewitt doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
The woman working at the window was impolite and seemed to be confused. She gave me my coffee with the lid partially on, causing it to spill all over my seats and clothes. The food was served cold and looked messy. Surprisingly, they had run out of hash browns by 10am. Overall, the service was lacking, with a rating of 1 out of 5. Just ordered herbs and garlic pastry from this place and had a very bad experience. Your employees don't know how to behave. He didn't even ask me what I want to order. He didn't even spoke a word he has a very sad face and at last he just gave me a signal towards pos machine for payment with a sad face. Drive thru server noticed the lid cracked when he put it on so he threw out the lid and put a new one on. Seems like a small thing but that could have been coffee spilling on my pants leading to me looking down at the wrong moment leading to a fatal car accident leading to criminal charges leading to a number of dismal years behind bars. So thank to the Tim Hortons guy who noticed my cup lid was split. Food: 5 Service: 5
