We ate here during the week to midday (table of about 15), the food was good, the service was good and the price was reasonable. the personal was attentive as and when we ran out drinks. overall a pleasant experience.
We had a bad service from beginning to end. the first server did not know the beverage menu, but helped us to solve. the drinks came slowly. we've been waiting for a long time for the food order. starter came fast, but it was about an hour for our main thing,...come including a mistake that did not write, the order made clear. server changed, a long wait for dessert menu, no table service for extra drinks, and another long wait time to arrive at desserts. 4 not available desserts (of 11). it was 2 hours 40 for us overall, and that was also that we take our desserts out. also a mistake in the bill that we have for desserts that were included on the fixed menu. I love a relaxed meal, not getting me wrong, but we only sat where we were fled to get attention. they were polite enough and full of good intentions, but there was simply not enough of them and they did not know that their trade. the food was good!
The meal was good, but one of the desserts should have strawberry couli on it. I have a wafer! when I asked about the missing couli, nobody knew what it was! 1).
Ask the server about vegan weine I said it was strange for a restaurant to serve vegan meals and not list a vegan wein they then argued with me to say nowhere and pressed me for the answer what. restaurant do! so I asked them to check how very fast had answered, but did not seem to know why wee vegan can be they huffed out, came back, said no one was it! So I said while they were gone I looked on zizzi website and all their wee is vegan beside pinot noir should they perhaps know that I did not ask the discreet tip as after ordering and payment by the app and asking why
Ate here while visiting in MK, lovely food, good carbonara and margarita pizza, helpful staff, clean environment, quick service, we were asked to scan for test and trace which I was glad to see, would recommend.
