I met my friend on a Friday night. the place was busy, but the staff was excellent. the food was very good and delicious. our rosemary garlic camembert starter was the star of the meal, although our main thing of gammon, gourmet burger, steak red wine pie caesar salad with salmon were all enjoyed throughout. with drinking money was the bill 89,59 pfund. good meal for just over £22 per head. only the things that stopp... Amazing setting, great staff. Let down by quality of food. Ordered the burger, no fries and extra salad. Pretty lame excuse for both! To be honest, would have had a better meal in a Weatherspoons. Need to up quality, considering the price. View all feedback.
We had a wonderful Sunday dinner at the pub with a lively and comfortable atmosphere. Our waitress, Cheryl, was friendly and attentive throughout the meal.
