She came here since she was opened in the 70s. Previously to eat in school at lunch, my first taste of a cattleburger. eating is nicely fresh and cooked while waiting. View all feedback.
What Matthew G doesn't like about Wolverton Burger:
Very cheap/low quality food, sausages were very low quality. Like the kind you buy at farm foods when you were a student. Wouldn't say rude staff, but smile wouldn't go a miss. Won't be rushing back. View all feedback.
This is a truncated version of what I wrote in a text to my family after we ate breakfast at Burger Bar the other day: “Also do you all use the Burger bar? I’d really recommend it! I always forget how much I like it when I go it always seems spotlessly clean and is super reasonable (my sister confirmed that it also has a 5 star hygiene rating). The menu is almost the same since it opened and the guy Mustafa who runs it has been running it since 1977. I went there this morning for coffee and we ended up having an omelette and chips for breakfast £3.50 or £5.50 with cheese and it was a good portion, lovely freshly cooked chips and a delicious omelette we’ve talked about it a few times since. I don’t know why we don’t go there more it’s an institution. The waitress Emma is lovely and it’s a genuinely brilliant cafe for old classics. I think it’s the sort of place that would be gentrified out of here when the Agora is redeveloped and then someone would come along and open something exactly the same as a “themed” restaurant that’s not legit and three times the price. They don’t do veggie sausages or bacon or whatever but they do have veggie burgers and lots of puddings and bits and pieces. I love it there and will be going more regularly.
Nice place in Milton Keynes. Friendly staff, good food and for a nice price. Often tens to be medium pact, so not to busy and often people eating.
Haven't been here for a few years. Welcomed with a smile. Bustling but friendly atmosphere, busy but plenty of space. Good, basic food and they don't skimp on the portion size. Waitress was keen to change the set dishes to suit our preferences. Fast service. Cash only.

I started going here at 18. I am now 58, have worked and lived all over the world and happened to be back in wolverton to deal with the passing of a relative so went in for a burger. The experience took me back to the 80,s when this was the after pub place to go to and the food is still as good. Well worth a visit
