The Old Mill - Milton Keynes

I called here for Sunday dinner. very quiet because of covid consider and cancelations. the better for us that it is empty. the most important courses were hot and tasteful, while the house made desserts were excellent. highly recommended.

To take a new property and time into bed! it seems that every pretenz, a pub for the restaurant side of the company have left. but eating is not a patch on the robin hood (clifton reyes) or the swan (olney) and we have eaten in all three recently. the service at both locations we were in the old mill this month was really bad, although not busy. they really have to get up their game or we will not come back.

We have visited the Old Mill several times when we come to visit family. We stayed overnight a few years ago when the management was different, and the rooms were lovely. The building is spacious with various areas, so there is plenty of room. The menu is well thought out and caters to all tastes, with specials also available. The cappuccino cheesecake was delicious! We will definitely return.

I had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant. The pasta with chicken and bacon was delicious, with plenty of tender chicken and perfectly cooked pasta. The Angus burger was full of flavor and came with generous side dishes. The quality of the glass of wine was excellent and accompanied the meal well. The service was friendly and overall excellent. I will definitely visit this restaurant again.

I have eaten many a roast within 20mm Les of here and can honestly say this was THE best Fresh home made cooking It is well recommended
