The table next to us had difficulty getting wine, which seemed to be another knowledge gap. Eventually, they received the only bottle of Chardonnay from the cellar, but unfortunately, it was warm. To top it off, I was given another diner's bill by mistake. Let's see what tonight's experience brings.

As a Tastecard user, I had a disappointing experience trying to book a table at this restaurant. Despite the lack of restrictions listed on the Tastecard website, I was told that the restaurant only caters to hotel guests and does not accept Tastecard on weekends without prior approval from the Restaurant Manager. This information was not made clear on the Tastecard website, and it was frustrating to find out we could not use our card for a meal here. I have reached out to Tastecard about the issue, but it seems that this restaurant may not be the best option for Tastecard users.

Had dinner in this restaurant and was very pleased at the small but good menu. The staff were very attentive .

Ate here as was staying in the hotel. Service was very slow, with us having to fight to catch the attention of the staff on several occasions. When we were served, it was with a smile and the waiting staff were courteous. The food was OK not top notch, but it filled a space nicely. Pricing was to be expected for a hotel out in the middle of nowhere high middle end pricing.

Expensive for what you get. First of all we asked for 2 or 3 different wine bottles and they didn´t have any of them nor a couple of dishes we asked for. For 22 pound of bottle of wine at least they could serve it and the sirloin of 25 pound seems to be bought in Sainsburys.
