Stonehouse Pizza Carvery

I went to this restaurant today with my two children for lunch and we really enjoyed our roast, especially the bratkartoffeln! They were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I would highly recommend this place!

We tried calling to make a reservation, but after being put on hold for 20 minutes with no response, we decided to make a reservation at another restaurant.

The breakfast presentation was disappointing, and the cook didn't smile. The fat was allowed to drip over the food, which was a turn off. It was our first time dining here, and unfortunately, it will be our last. It was chaotic and confusing, like a pick and mix situation where we didn't know where to start.

Arrived last week to find you had no meat on the carvery at all so left to go elsewhere, have now received a parking ticket even though your staff didn't tell us we needed to enter details if we weren't staying and due to covid the registration pad has been moved so its not at the entrance for people to see

We've not been for quite a few years, but decided to visit today, I've been craving a roast dinner for weeks now, but it's been way hot. I have to say it was absolutely amazing, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the food is easily a 8/10 the only thing that let it down was the roasties, but that was our fault there was fresh ones there but we never asked for them at 50% off too......
