I really love this restaurant! I typically don't like big chain restaurants, but Pret always has something delicious to offer. I especially love the Swedish meatball wrap. The only downside is that it can get really busy at times, and it's common to not find a seat to eat in. However, it's still worth a visit if you're looking for a quick and healthy bite to eat. Nice coffee and was made efficiently, good standard of cleanliness. Hot choices of food could be better as there was not much there apart from cheese croissants and 2 wraps.

I visited a nice Pret branch for lunch on a Thursday and it was very busy. Despite the crowd, there were plenty of seats available and the servers were efficient. My extra hot flat white was great, exceptionally hot! No complaints here!
