A really happy and relaxed experience. My husband and I had their Afternoon Tea For Two superbly crafted homemade tasty selection of sandwiches, scones and melt in your mouth cakes presented to us in style on a carousel of two plate tiers. From a wide selection of hot and cold drinks we could have as many as we wanted at no extra charge. The decor was bright, inviting and the ambience of the restaurant was serenely calm but humming situated as part of their amazing Milton Keynes shopping centre. Well done to all staff involved and for their prompt, friendly service we received with special thanks to Lexa who expertly served us the most. May your restaurant continue to successfully thrive.

I decided to give Patisserie Valerie another try after the menu change , and I was not impressed at all . I will not be returning , I would much rather go and eat at McDonald’s !

Very enjoyable afternoon tea here in MK. I had previously been to the High Wycombe store where we had an utterly awful experience of afternoon tea but the experience we had today couldn’t have been more different! Anthony Lexi looked after us and we had a delightful tea! My favourite had to be the egg rolls delicately made with mini brioche buns! Thank you for a lovely lovely finish to our shopping trip

Staff were too busy to clear tables, so despite there being a lot of unused tables they were all still waiting to be cleared When we were seated we watched the lady behind the counter hide behind the coffee machine so no one would see her cough, wiping her eyes which were streaming and touching her hair. She was clearly unwell, wasn’t washing her hands and coughing over the cups, so unsurprisingly we chose to leave. The place needs a hygiene inspection and someone needs to have a word with the manager!!

This place used to be a nice place to visit. It had nice food maybe a bit pricey but it was enjoyable with lovely staff. Now it's pulled alot of the favourites off the menu . Now also they have removed the table service . I waited 25 minutes for my drink so I had to eat my meal without having a drink. Whilst I was waiting to be seated 8 people left because of the waiting time. That's a family of 4 and 2 couples.
