it is mcdonalds quite standard. we had picked up early, so we stopped for a half-time. pancake for enkel. cursed! sausage and egg mcmuffin meal for us. they make a really good coffee. clean and friendly. View all feedback.
What mkdodd doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
`Bins overflowing, tables left with the last diners garbage on them, chips and the likes on the floor, staff propping up the hot-press with no regards for waiting customers and if you have the audacity to bring it to the managers attention do not expect him to give one jot!....never again. I visited McDonalds Elder Gate yesterday evening. I was looking forward to trying the new Italian Stack burger and my partner wanted one of the coolers. Upon arrival there were a lot of unhappy customers standing around. When I went to order I was told that they weren’t doing anything from the summer menu this meant no Italian stack burgers. I was also told that there were no milkshakes, McFlurrys, iced drinks, coolers, ketchup or curry sauce. I made my order of a quarter pounder and waited. While I was waiting the girl behind the til (slightly larger, wearing a t shirt instead of the normal crew uniform, black nose ring in right side nostril and ginger ish hair) was being extremely rude to the Deliveroo drivers. The way she was speaking to them was very patronising and condescending they are just trying to do their job. Please can some feedback/retraining be provided on how these people are spoken to/treated? Thank you
Order wrong again. this is why people work for mcdonalds as there to much of a moon to do anything better. idiots all of them. simple task of a burger becomes nuggets again brain dead morons every member of every mcdonalds.
Stopped off at this restaurant on my way home using the drive through. Placed my order of Mozerrella Dippers and Grand Big Mac. Arrived home to no Salsa Dip........key part of dippers if there is nothing to dip in. Also no napkins provided Grand Big Mac quite messy. Poor attention to detail by staff expected better.
There were no available parking spaces for blue badge holders, as both spots were occupied by cars without visible blue badges. The vehicles remained parked for at least 40 minutes. Our companion has mobility issues and struggles with walking and navigating curbs, so we had to find parking elsewhere. This experience is why many blue badge holders are discouraged from going out. Will McDonald's ever monitor their accessible parking spaces to ensure they are being used properly? Despite seeing staff bringing out grill orders, they did not address the issue of long-term parkers taking up the designated accessible spots. It is important to recognize the significance of having a blue badge for those who truly need it.
I have dined at this restaurant once every three months for the past four years. Each visit, I am impressed by the cleanliness of the place and the friendly, helpful staff. The employees are always ready to assist with trays and inquire about the meal. The restaurant is consistently spotless, a testament to the store manager and their team.
