Inattentive staff, they were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than taking orders. Multiple items forgotten from food order. Upstairs stank and the toilets were frankly disgusting. View all feedback.
I asked the server for tomato ketchup and ended up waiting 20 minutes for it. The drinks took a long time to arrive as well. Considering the prices, the quality of the food was disappointing.

The food was decent considering the price, although one aspect of my meal was quite disappointing. However, the manager was very apologetic and promptly removed that item from the bill without any hassle, which I appreciated.
Delicious food. Very friendly and helpful attentive staff. Would highly recommend to anyone.
