Burnt Oak - Milton Keynes

Bad experience. Can’t comment on the food as we didn’t get any! Booked a table, though the person taking the booking muttered something about one of the rooms being booked out, but said they could accommodate us in the main bar area (never been to the pub before so didn’t mean much to me). On arrival, no welcome whatsoever and no real acknowledgement of the booking. Said they couldn’t take a food order just now and would come over to us in a bit. But then showed no interest in us at all. Waited another 20 minutes, finished our drinks and left! Walked up to the Old Beams and had a nice meal there with helpful service throughout, despite them being very busy. Awful service (Burnt Oak) won’t be going back there again.

Was OK small pub and the guy behind the bar had no idea what to do on the till. Also no deals on drinks such as wkd which was disappointing for the missus. Not bad but probably won't go back.

Bar staff are very friendly and polite. Was very helpful with my little girl who is 8 years old and was asking lots of questions

Plenty of parking spots and the staff was very receptive, and the environment was fantastic with nice lounge music, and excellent food with good menu options.
