The quality of the me... read more **The good:** The food tastes fresh and is made to order. The salsas are excellent, and I appreciated the addition of onions and cilantro. The quality of the meats is impressive, and I really liked that they used two tortillas to double up the tacos. The flavor was outstanding and comparable to the authentic Mexican tacos I've enjoyed in several cities across Mexico. **The bad:** There’s nothing seriously wrong, but I was surprised to find that if you order just one birria taco, it doesn’t come with consome. They charge an extra $3 for a cup of consome, which seems unreasonable. It would be expected to receive at least a small cup of consome with your birria taco. If they could address this issue, I would have rated them 5 out of 5 stars!
