The owner here is very friendly. I came with 3 vouchers and I wanted to use them all on an order. Most often say coupons, you can only use one at a time, but these have not said that. The owner came into the register and said to his employee she is right to use them all, then he went on to edit my order. The subs were also great. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
Total waste of time. Special instructions that were entered online (and printed at reception) were completely ignored. All we asked for was crispy bacon, but it came out anything but crispy every time. Avoid this place! View all feedback.
Last time I was in construction, I spent the time to inform me what they were doing, where it needed the upgrade.
Had a great lunch here, the steak cheese melt was delicious along with chips and a drink.
Ordered on the App for takeout. Said ready in 20 minutes. Got there 25 minutes later, not ready. Store was steady, but not slammed by any means. They kept taking new orders from walk ins. Finally asked the Manager what was up (I was polite and respectful). The manager actually yelled at me! Asked me why he should make a meal for someone who already ordered and paid when he had customers coming in, did I want them to leave? Exactly backwards logic. Finally got my meal, about 45 minutes after I ordered and paid. So much for fast food. Oh, and they got my wife’s sandwich wrong. I (and others) have seen this manager yelling at and berating new young employees. He looks like ha works hard, but it’s really just frantic. Sent in a complaint on the Subway website. Answer back from the manager only said “We will try to be faster.” Never addressed the rudeness of the manager or the process of taking new walk in orders instead of filling online orders. I will never set foot in that store again.
Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Good quality food and generous servings.
Told the girl not to be afraid of put in black olives on my sub and she'd drounded it with mayo
