Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

The pizzas at this restaurant are consistently delicious, and the staff are very efficient in making them. The atmosphere is not ideal, as the lobby is quite small and can get crowded. This can be uncomfortable when there are 8-10 people waiting and we can all smell each other. However, I still enjoy ordering from this restaurant because it is convenient from my home.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza last night and were disappointed to find only 30 slices of pepperoni on it. This was a far cry from the 80 slices that Papa Murphy's used to put on their pizzas, where the majority of the pizza was covered in pepperoni. Last night's pizza had only about three slices on each piece. We will not be returning to this restaurant, as this level of quality is completely unacceptable.

We ordered online and it said pick up within 30 mins. About 45 mins later went to pick up the order and one of the employees said it should be on the already paid for rack, it wasn 't. They asked the name and they said oh, we haven 't started your order and we are out of cinnamon monkey bread, so you can wait ten minutes and we can make it or you can have garlic bread instead. I said, 'okay I guess I 'll wait. 'Ordered a half and half pizza, which didn 't taste bad. The way the cinnamon monkey bread was thrown together was awful. Like how is it supposed to look satisfyingly enough to eat?!

The pizza is delicious, and the service is top-notch. Fantastic crew who has always been helpful and quick!

So we ordered a pizza and didn 't realize it was made wrong until it was cooked. Pizza was $25 and a medium size.Went back in and spoke with a Michelle (if the correct name was given) and was told they would not replace it. Well do you want back the cooked pizza? I 'm confused.I remember when businesses used to take care of their customers when they would make a mistake (and admit it). I guess those days are in the past. We 'll not be going back to them and instead go to another one a few miles away and highly suggest others do as well. Such terrible business practice and customer service.
