Great service, we went last minute for a birthday dinner and they were very accommodating even providing a birthday treat for the birthday boy. Good portion sizes, staff were great to deal with.

Ordered four take-out meals, two of which were inedible. Undercooked chicken parm. pink meat. This should have never left the kitchen. A burger pattie still stone-cold inside, and the condiments suffering from the microwave. A cold burger topped with a slurry of lukewarm mystery slush. Phoned to complain and warn the staff that their food borders on dangerous and is therefore totally unappetizing. They suggested I phone the delivery service to complain. Not sure what a guy with a thermopack on the back seat of his Prius had to do with a disorganized and chaotic kitchen, but so it goes. NOT RECOMMENDED not in a million years. I realise that this was likely an isolated case, but

I have been stopping at this restaurant for years when passing through Milton, as it is conveniently located right off the 401. Despite being a chain restaurant, Kelsey's has always been consistent and reliable, and this location is no exception. They had COVID protocols in place, and we had a pleasant lunch on the patio. I ordered my usual go-to lunch, the BBQ chicken sandwich, and as always, it was delicious. My wife enjoyed the chicken tenders she ordered as well. Good service, tasty food, and fair prices - what more could you ask for? Cheers to Kelsey's!

This particular location is a favorite and a classic. They still have lifetimers at the bar that can make the good stuff. and care more for the customer than what we've experienced at othe locations.

Katie was super good, she is very helpful, kind, and patient although we had many changes for our order. We came here a couple months ago and once we walked in today she recognized us and still had our order memorized, she made us feel very welcome and at home. One of the best waiters we’ve had.
