Hero Certified Burgers - Milton

The restaurant does not honor the advertised Hero Burger special. The owner/manager lacks social skills and should not be dealing directly with customers. It is a shame that this Milton location holds a Hero Burger franchise.

First off we have had hero burger a few times before and everything was great ! however this time it was the worst experience I've had. a milkshake that tasted sour and he made it again using exact same ingredients which was pointless . I did get that refunded however when getting home the chicken sandwich was burnt the fries was beyond soggy and wet like they been sitting in oil and just microwaved hot again . burger was ok but not tasty. 40 dollars it cost us for garbage . I dont know what changed but please dont go there such a disappointment. they wont be getting our business again thats for sure. and some advice if you are going to remake something use new ingredients not the exact ones you used first. tasted like rotten milk I almost threw up.

First time to a Hero Burger this location was clean and nice. Staff were very friendly. However the food was nothing special. Onion rings were good sweep potato fries were lacking. Wife had chicken 'fingers ' (more of a nugget in reality) they were tasty, although paying extra for dipping sauce seems silly. My burger ordered the 6oz superiour burger was okay. Was juicy and the bun was nice, but again, nothing different from most other burger places. To me, if you are looking for a really good burger 5 Guys is still the place to beat. Cost for the two of us was $28 so it 's not a cheap place. Value just isn 't there.

This restaurant offers the best burger in town. You can choose your burger type and add a variety of cheese options, bacon, beef, and vegetable combinations. The prices are very reasonable.

I cannot take the horrible taste of the fries I ate this past Sunday with my daughter. The fries were part of the soul burger combo we bought for each of us. Fries were extremely greasy, unappealing appearance and totally disgusting. I was completely disappointed at my meal. I won't be eaten there anymore for sure
