I ordered from this restaurant twice, once through Uber and once directly. The food was delicious both times, with all the toppings prepared correctly and in the right proportions. The staff was attentive when I placed my order and picked up my food, and they labeled the burgers properly. I highly recommend trying the Juicy Lucy on fire - it was really good! View all feedback.
What W B doesn't like about Burger Factory:
I would give this burger restaurant less than 1 star if I could. I ordered two crispy chicken burgers with toppings and BBQ chili sauce, but received stale burgers with incorrect toppings and no sauces. The quality has clearly gone downhill, as the new staff members are clueless and rude. I am very disappointed and would like a refund. View all feedback.
I love coming to this restaurant every week. The atmosphere is so welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. The staff members are always friendly and helpful, guiding you towards the best menu options. The owner is hands-on and treats the team with respect, creating a friendly environment. I highly recommend trying the delicious menu items, especially the chicken dishes, chocolate shake, and chocolate funnel cake. They also offer vegetarian and halal options, with almost everything being halal except for the veggie burger and sides. Don't miss out on this fantastic spot!
The burger was lacking moisture and it was served cold. However, the poutine was delicious and served hot. Overall, the burger quality at this burger joint was only average.
I was very happy with my meal - it was cooked perfectly, and the funnel cake was not over-fried like it had been before.

I attended a seminar near this restaurant and decided to try their Memphis chicken burger during our 20-minute break. Unfortunately, it took the entire break to cook. I was excited to try it, but was disappointed to find that it was mostly breading with very little chicken. I requested lettuce, tomato, and onion, but was disappointed again as it only came with half an onion, a slice of tomato, and minimal lettuce. At nearly $15, it was not worth it. I would not recommend this place due to its high prices. I will opt to walk to The Works next time instead.
