Terribly slow. No one in the drive through no one inside. I’m the only order a BLT and a Roast beef and it took 12 mins. This is pathetic. Maybe instead of all the workers standing around making fun of each other they could get something done. The owner should be embarrassed
Never going here again I got a roast beef sandwich and it was just awful and my fiance got tenders and they tasted like old grease same with the fries. We also asked for ranch and they gave us some sort of sauce in a fry container that wasn't ranch. They don't listen to their customers this was the worst experience I have ever had with Arby's! I ended up throwing away all of our food that's how bad it was! I wish I could get our money back!
3-21-22 Picked up two roast beef sandwiches and two orders of curly fries through the drive-thru this evening about 6pm. Got home and unpacked our meals the fries were very dark and tasted like old grease. It's safe to say they were cooked prior and then dropped into the fryer to reheat.The roast beef in our sandwiches was cut much thicker than normal(like lunch meat) and was tough to eat. It was terrible.
Worst Arby's I've ever been to. Cold fries, no arby sauce!! Horsey sauce served in French fry dish? Condiment bin looks like it got pulled out of a dumpster. Fountain drink syrup so weak you can't tell its soda.. Never again.
This place is a pathetic excuse for an Arby's. Drive thru the area daily and stop every couple weeks. Usually out of half the menu items and tonight didn't have any roast beef, ordered instead at rutters. Place is dirty and employees are not trainedproperly. This place should close down. Shame on Arby's corporate for allowing this to continue as it gives your entire companya bad rap
