I can confidently say that this is now my favorite poke restaurant. The owners are extremely kind and welcoming. They are always willing to suggest unique sauce combinations that I wouldn't have considered, and they always turn out delicious! I particularly appreciate that they offer Korean style mixed grain rice as a base option, which is much better than the standard brown rice offered at other poke restaurants. The owner is also generous with the portion sizes, making it worth the price – unlike other places that skimp on portions while increasing prices. We have also tried their sushi rolls, which are just as fantastic as their poke bowls. I can't wait to try their boba drinks next!

This restaurant in the South Bay serves the best poke bowls in the area. I have been coming here once a week for a year now, as it is conveniently located just 5 minutes away from my work. The restaurant is family-owned and operated by a kind and caring couple who have become like family to me. Poke Xpress offers the best prices in the entire Bay Area and you will leave feeling satisfied. They serve milk and fruit tea for under $5, as well as sushi rolls and salad bowls. The fish is delivered fresh every other day, ensuring top quality. I like to mix half sushi rice and half brown rice, which is a Korean mixed rice. They offer three bowl sizes and a combo option that includes a regular bowl and 6 pieces of California Roll. I recommend the regular bowl with 3 scoops of protein. My usual choices are tuna, salmon, and yellowtail, or I sometimes substitute salmon for spicy salmon. The macaroni salad and jalapeños are standout toppings, and for dry toppings, I enjoy hot Cheetos and fried onions. All of their sauces are homemade, with popular combinations being Spicy Mayo and Ponzu, mango sauce on the side, and wasabi mayo for a fiery kick. The wasabi mayo is impressive as many other poke restaurants use premade sauces. They also offer a stamp card, where every ten bowls earns you a free drink. It's best to eat at the restaurant to enjoy the flavors at their best, rather than taking it to go.
