Pho is always been really good for visitors from Asian and Jazen’s boba tea also worth to try

Delicious, clean, and modern. We loved the pork vermicelli bowl and bahn mi sandwich. Tasted so fresh and healthy. Easy to order and pay online.

Pho was decent, but the portions are huge. Ordered the regular and it was hard to finish for one person. 4 start for the pho but 5 for the service. It was a very quick meal before our movie. Good place to grab a bite before a show at AMC.

Excellent Flavors and Fresh ingredients. Good place for Pho. I would give 5 starts, but the automated ordering system does not take into account that people may need toppings We were a table of 3, but they only gave 1 plate of the toppings for 3 pho orders sprouts, jalapeño etc.. and no one came to give another one even after asking :

The service here is prompt, making it perfect for a quick visit. I absolutely love the coconut Thai with honey boba—it's a fantastic choice for a light meal before or after a movie, especially since it's conveniently located next to the theater. I also enjoy the modern atmosphere of the restaurant. They're open late, which makes it a great spot for a late-night meal or snack. There's something on the menu to satisfy every palate!

Pho Hoa offers a mixed dining experience, with both loyal fans and dissatisfied customers. While many praise the modern, clean ambiance and friendly staff, others express disappointment in the quality of certain dishes, particularly the broth and beverages. Highlights include delicious pho noodles and tasty vermicelli options, but some complain about portion sizes and service inconsistencies. Although the restaurant is conveniently located for a quick meal, patrons have noted issues with attentiveness and food freshness. Overall, Pho Hoa remains a popular choice for Vietnamese cuisine in Santa Clara, albeit with room for improvement in both food quality and service.

One of our favorite pho spots. Very clean place with fast service. Food is always great as well as the friendly staff. Their boba drinks are also great! Definitely recommend their jasmine milk tea and their halo halo.

I had my first experience at Pho Hoa, and I will certainly return! I ordered the vermicelli bowl with BBQ pork and a fried egg roll, along with a Vietnamese iced coffee, which came to a total of $19.51. The food was delicious and fresh. However, I did find the portion of noodles and pork to be somewhat smaller compared to other Vietnamese restaurants I've visited. The restaurant’s interior is modern and very clean, and there is also ample outdoor seating available.

Amazing, well ambient place to hang out and have a pho. Great taste and quality. Had veg pho, and it just rocks. A bit expensive but worth every penny. Avocado rolls!! Staff is quite responsive, and cooperative.

This was my first time at a Pho Hoa and I ordered the chicken pho. I did enjoy it, however the broth was quite a bit different from a more traditional Vietnamese restaurant. There was a significant film of oil on top, which is generally strained off in Vietnamese clear broths. The bean sprouts side was also turning brown and could have been fresher. Otherwise the flavor and experience was decent.

I have to be honest I think this place is going downhill because I used to enjoy it. I ordered a Thai tea drink and it was so watered down. Tasted just like water with added orange food coloring because I couldn't taste any tea spices or condensed milk etc. I love Thai tea and this one is not creamy or sweet it was bad I threw it down the drain. I've been to a good amount of places and this is the worst thai tea I've ever had. As for the avocado rolls the pieces of avocado were close to paper thin and they might as well rename it the lettuce roll since it took up the majority of it. The grilled chicken vermicelli was alright but the fish sauce that comes with it tasted and smelled like nothing so I don't know if something was left out from it. I kind of want a portion of my money back. I don't think I'll be coming back anymore.

Service is bad. Always missing napkins. Missing plates. Ask for something and there is no acknowledgement. No one checks and hard to flag down for help. Food is 5 star to, be fair. Tip accordingly, $0.

Great pho fix love the drinks. Staff is friendly and fast service. The pork was a little bit dry, would recommend getting the soup noodles over the rice plates.

The man who served our food was quite rude. When I requested fish sauce and then asked for an extra bowl, he mumbled something in Vietnamese and told me to ask for everything at once, saying we were annoying. He seemed shocked that I understood him! It's worth noting that the restaurant wasn't busy at all. On the positive side, our waiter was great; he took our complaint to the manager. Unfortunately, the manager didn't seem to care and acted like he received complaints about that server regularly. I'm very disappointed and won't be returning to this location or recommending it to anyone.

Pho is consistently an excellent option for visitors from Asia, and you definitely shouldn't miss out on trying Jazen's boba tea!

I ordered delivery and was pleasantly surprised by the packaging. The noodles and soup were packaged separately, and the box was securely sealed.

The appetizers were quite tasty. I enjoyed the summer roll, but it was a bit lacking in flavor without the peanut sauce. In contrast, the fried roll was delicious, with a lovely crispy texture that I really appreciated. The Vietnamese beef stew was very savory and filling, although it might have been a bit too salty for my taste. I would have liked to see more vermicelli, and the carrots could have been softer. We also tried the steak and tendon pho, which I found to be slightly better because of its clear, natural broth. It felt more authentic to a traditional pho meal.
