Soup was delicious. Packing was not so good. Hot (spicy) oils spilled everywhere.
Insanely good Spicy Wonton 红油抄手 and delicious Lanzhou Hand-Pulled Beef Noodle Soup 兰州牛肉拉面
Love the soup flavor, you can taste the meat. Noodles are chewy and not soggy.
Shrimp chowmein has great flavor, but very oily.
