Good fluffy pancakes. They really expanded their hearty food menu as well as the surprisingly good taste. I really liked her shrimp. It is definitely a good alternative to hanabusa Café because there is usually no waiting time and you do not have to book in advance. Your pancakes take some time to do. Something to note is that the bathroom here is always really dirty and when my friend tried to break months, it seeme... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Gram Cafe Pancakes:
I visited the restaurant at 3 pm on Saturday for late lunch. Gram Café shares the room with Shabu shabu restaurant. There are only a few tables at the far end of the restaurant that are called for Gram customers. I ordered kaki bento ube cold pancakes. The food came out at 15 minutes after my order. kaki (oyster) bento: pretty good. The oyster pieces were large, had crispy coating, but it was quite blasphemy. The cur... View all feedback.
Great service. And the food was just perfect. Definitely try the black sesame dalgona. We got here for brunch after a long hike. And everything just hit the spot. The shumai starter, followed by savoury salmon avacado pancakes. And finally the chocolate hazelnut souffle pancake was the piece de resistance, and well worth the twenty minute wait. We are coming back here for sure.
Their specialty, just as the name of the place suggests, was f-ing amazing. My number one favorite flavor was the salted cheese which was salty and savory sweet. The texture was airy, creamy, moist, and spongy. The ube was also really good. The takoyaki and the shrimp siu mai was barely palatable as they used the same weird potato-ish filling in both these items. Hopefully they improve on these appetizers. But everything else was bomb dot com.
A bit strange cos it's sharing the same space with shabu. The food is ok. The SF store interior is much nicer. Staff was trying their best but obviously short handed.
This was a rather disappointing experience for the price. I got the Wagyu-Rind-Curry, which basically saw and tasted like a hamburger patty from McDonald's beaten on rice and drowned with Curry. The souffle pancake was also not much to write at home. Maybe the standard taste would have been better, but there was a strange taste for this. If it were cheaper, I might have given it another attempt, but it's too expensive, service was average, and food was meh. I probably wouldn't leave.
Food was included, not best I cost, but still quite good, price for pancakes were significantly less than those in SF
