A gorg... read more We stumbled upon this gem on our way back from Mt. Etna this is a Michelin nestled in the gorgeous Sicilian countryside. We felt like we were in a dream. A gorgeous Sicilian background, beautiful kids park, gentle and attentive staff, not to mention one of the best meals we had on our trip. We had to rush to return our rental cars but this was in incredible meal. Just budget 3 hours to truly enjoy. I got the aubergine tower with burrata and it was delicious. We also really enjoyed the macaroni and meats. The cheese platter was exceptional too. I would have loved to have sampled everything. The presentation of the thin anise seed breadstick trees in their delicious olive oil was a once in a lifetime experience. I felt terrible for rushing them but am already dying to go back. Some of the best cheese I ate on the entire trip
