Bagel Bistro - Millstone
Bagel Bistro
Description
Nestled in New Jersey, this bagel shop offers a variety of breakfast options, including standout egg sandwiches and grilled chicken paninis. While many appreciate the restaurant's cleanliness and friendly staff, inconsistent service and hygiene practices have sparked concern among some patrons. Issues with freshness, pricing discrepancies, and abrupt staff interactions detract from the experiences of others. Though the atmosphere is generally inviting, a lack of attention to customer satisfaction and cleanliness may overshadow the quality of the food. Despite these mixed reviews, dedicated fans continue to visit for the tasty offerings.

I was trying to place an order earlier and the lady who I was on the phone with told me that she was unable to and did not have time to make what I was trying to order. I had to ask her 3 times, like what do you mean you don?t have enough time it is 9:00in the morning. I ended up taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same
Your employees are the face of your business the older women who is always there is beyond rude ! She?s nasty acts like everything you say is a bother ! It?s disgusting ! Will never go back just because of her attitude ! The first 2 times I gaveher the benefit of the doubt maybe she was having a bad day but nope every time she?s miserable, nasty attitude and this is mylast time going there !
Bagel Bistro is a small, family-owned bagel shop located in Millstone, NJ. The shop is known for its fresh bagels, made-to-order sandwiches, and friendly service. I drove two hours to try their Taylor ham and egg bagel, and I was not disappointed. Pros: The bagels are fresh and delicious. The Taylor ham is cooked to perfection. The egg is cooked perfectly. The bagel is toasted to perfection. The service is friendly and efficient. Cons: The shop can be crowded during peak times.
The lady mis heard my order . I saw her getting the wrong bagel , so I corrected it . Then she shouted at the other side of the room and said “ well she changed her mind !” So I said to that lady “ Excuse me , I did not change my mind I said plain bagel , I don’t like everything bagels so there is no way I would order those kinds ?” . But for argument’s sake , even if a customer changed her mind , it was rude of her to shout it out I could tell she was annoyed with the change of bagels ! omg it’s just bagels ! lol . That is one bad customer service ! I just moved here so I’m just glad I’m not permanently staying in Jackson !
