This restaurant used to be a great addition to a day at the Badehaus. It has declined massively and I instantly regretted buying the day spa pass including a meal at the restaurant. The bald waiter with glasses was nothing short of dismissive and clearly thought he was better than his guests, making inappropriate and condescending jokes and leaving us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Wrong information about the dishes, forgotten sides on the plate, under seasoned food, dried potatoes and poor presentation only added to the feeling that this restaurant is understaffed, doesn 't care about their guests and is not interested in improvement. The icing on the cake was the waitress tightly grasping my wrist when wanting to prove to me that the juice I consumed was not included in my day spa pass and complaining how 'shit ' the day spa package is and how they are understaffed. Would give 0 if possible and definitely won 't frequent the restaurant any more. What a shame as the Badehaus is fantastic and it used to make for the perfect combination. As it is owned by the mayor of the town, I doubt any feedback will lead to changes or improvements. Bring your own food if you use the spa or go to one of the many other restaurants just steps away as this is not worth the hefty price tag
Wonderful place I went for a massage which was very good then I thought maybe to have a meal here and it was a good decision. I had a very good local chicken salad and garlic bread , both were delicious and the portions were big. On the other hand the view was just amazing directly located on the mesmerizing lake .another Austrian beauty for sure. P.s the place might look at a naked area swimming ground, be aware in case you mind that.
We were there at the end of October in the afternoon. The food was delicious, the staff were nice and the panorama is outstandig.
