Drive thru line was longer because it was a holiday weekend but the staff did an excellent job to move everyone through quickly. Also, iced coffee was stirred! Usually the mocha is just laying on the bottom from other coffee places. Great job. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
To use the phrase from Jaws. They need a bigger location. Has limited capacity and donut selections. Getting in and out is a traffic jam. Most business is drive thru. Only sells coffee on Mondays at 3 lbs for $20. Our old location was 7 days a week. View all feedback.
The coffee and the sandwich were great, but the cashier took a personal phone call during our (driving through) transaction. Very unprofessional behavior, as it does not appear as an emergency call.
It?s funny how the small acts of kindness are the ones we remember the most. I?m thankful for stopping at this Dunkin location, and praise is due to both Bianca for taking care of me AND her manager for setting awesome examples. You can almost always trace great customer service back to a leader, and it looks like this Dunkin? franchise has found a great one for its store.
