Wildfire Barbecue - Millis

I recently attended an event catered by Wildfire and the food was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed a buffet-style lunch featuring pulled pork, BBQ chicken, steak with onions and peppers, along with sides like potato salad, mixed greens salad, macaroni and cheese, baked beans, and corn on the cob. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I personally tried the pulled pork, BBQ chicken, macaroni and cheese, and baked beans. The pulled pork was incredibly tasty, juicy, and well-seasoned. The BBQ chicken was the standout dish for me, tender, juicy, and coated in a delicious BBQ sauce that wasn't too sweet. The macaroni and cheese was also fantastic, perfectly baked and full of flavor. I even combined it with the baked beans, which was a great combination. While I didn't sample the corn, steak, or potato salad, others at the event raved about them. Overall, it was a wonderful meal. I didn't dine at the restaurant so I can't speak to the service or ambiance, but based on the food alone, I would give them four stars. The only thing missing was cornbread, which is essential for a BBQ place in my opinion, so they didn't earn the fifth star. I personally rate BBQ places based on their beans, macaroni and cheese, and cornbread, so they are receiving an incomplete score from me.

The restaurant is excellent with a wide selection of dishes that are delicious and reasonably priced. The service is quick, efficient, and the staff is very attentive. Highly recommended.

From the moment you arrive in that restaurant team give you a great feeling. Very courteous stuff, it is a friendly place to to go out with friends or with your date. yummy cuisine, skillful chef, reasonable pay and nice service. Highly recommended.
