Sunday morning, half dozen people in the snake. older men, probably the manager, the only labour market! he made an amazing task to take care of the customers. informed me that it would take a few minutes, but if I were willing to be patient, he would take care of what he did. kudos boss man View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Krystal:
waits for over 40 minutes and never made it a loudspeaker. I heard the co-worker told the man at the rednerin two cars before me that if he was done with the commands before him, he would take his command, but it would be one. 20 minutes went by after I heard that before I decided that this was ridiculous and pulled out .. We always stop off at this location on the way home from baseball and the young man Kobe on the drive thru is always helpful and comedic relief to the end of our families day. He deserves a shout out as well as the entire PM crew. Date of visit is 6/18/2022 time 8:19pm.
I just finished our delivery order and wanted to share some feedback. I reached out to corporate about our experience, but I really feel the need to highlight Johnathan, the person who took our order. It was his first day on the job, and while we didn't ask him many questions, he was friendly and wore a wonderful smile throughout. I genuinely hope my corporate comment can bring attention to him, as he truly deserves recognition. I believe he has great potential and should stay with the company because he is definitely a valuable asset! It's clear to me he has what it takes to be in management. The staff was prompt in understanding my order and delivered it quickly. And the food? Generous portions!
This Krystal has excellent customer service! The staff here are very courteous.
Worst Krystals ever. It's like only one person works there. Always on hold at drive thru. Once the one customer they have gets their food I'm still holding. This has happened twice....with me driving off...it will not be a third time.
